The Philippine Taekwondo Association (PTA) will be holding its annual National Instructors General Assembly on Sunday, Jan. 11, to chart a course for the continued growth of the sport with focus on forming a formidable national team for a number of important international events this year.

The PTA, one of the most successful national sports associations in last year's 33rd SEA Games in Thailand after producing 14 medals - two of them golds - sees more than 1,000 certified instructors converge at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.
