NDRMMC urges caution over rocket debris

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) yesterday urged the public, especially residents living in coastal communities, to exercise caution as debris from a Chinese rocket is expected to drop within Philippine maritime territory.

In a statement, the NDRRMC said China will launch its March 7 rocket from the Wenchang Space Launch Site in Wenchang, Hainan, China at around 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. (PH Standard Time) between July 15 to 17.
