The government is set to release its decision on the P31.55-billion unsolicited proposal of Uy-led ComClark Network and Technology Corp. to operate the country’s air navigation facilities next month, a top executive said.

ComClark Chief Operating Officer Benedicto Bulatao said the company’s proposal is still under the scrutiny of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).

“It’s still under the evaluation of CAAP. We haven't received any feedback yet,” Bulatao said on the sidelines of the 51st Philippine Business Conference and Expo.

In June, the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center said a consortium led by ComClark, JG Summit Infrastructure Holdings, and Asia’s Emerging Dragon Corp. for the PPP of the country’s entire air navigation services.
