Crowning Makati's skyline: Laurean Residences by Ayala Land Premier
Manila Bulletin
|September 7, 2025
A new icon is taking shape in the Makati skyline. Ayala Land Premier recently unveiled Laurean Residences, an urban sanctuary set at the heart of ever-evolving Makati, on Sept. 1, 2025, at Raffles Makati.
Rising 65 stories along Dela Rosa Street, the new residential tower is a reimagining of modern city living. Its form takes inspiration from the laurel crown, culminating in a signature crown design that distinguishes it from the glass and steel silhouettes of the central business district. Conceived for a discerning niche within the luxury market, the development reimagines urban living as both sophisticated and connected—an address that resonates with the rhythm of the city while offering an intimate sanctuary at its heart.
“Laurean Residences continues Ayala Land Premier’s tradition of creating enduring communities that embody modern luxury in the Philippines," said Mike Jugo, president of Ayala Land Premier.
“Our strategy to focus on this market really validates the direction that our CEO set for the company almost three years ago—to focus on the market that we’ve long been known to serve. And it’s also that market when you talk about uniqueness. If you look at the locations of Ayala Land Premier projects, they stand out compared to other offerings. Each project has a different concept and delivers unique value propositions—Park Villas, Park Central, and now Laurean Residences,” Jugo continued.
