The Lindgren’s Scandinavian-inspired Clubhouse breaks ground at Arden Botanical Estate

Megaworld subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), a premier developer of integrated tourism and leisure townships, has broken ground on the clubhouse inside The Lindgren located within the 151-hectare Arden Botanical Estate in Trece Martires, Cavite.
The Clubhouse at The Lindgren is designed to function as the primary social infrastructure for the 24-hectare village. It follows The Lindgren's Scandinavian design concept, incorporating pocket gardens with ornamental and edible plantings, an indoor-outdoor layout surrounded by curated gardens, and even underground utilities.
