8 foreign scammers nabbed

Eight foreigners have been arrested in an alleged scam hub in Bacoor City, Cavite province, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) said on Thursday, Nov. 20.
The suspects were identified as Chinese nationals Chen Xing He, Liu Yong Chang, Tang Lao Ya, Xiao Long, Xiao Liu, Liang Yaocai, Li Xiang, and Xiao Kai.
The NBI said they were arrested inside a house last Nov. 15 by the NBI-Cavite North District Office (NBI-CAVIDO North) that served a Warrant to Search, Seize, and Examine Computer Data (WSSECD).
