3 dead babies dumped in Cebu

Three newborn babies were found abandoned in a harrowing discovery that left residents in a barangay in Liloan town, Cebu province in shock.
The three dead babies were found by a worker inside a compound in Barangay Cotcot at 10:33 a.m. on Friday, June 13.
Police said the three babies were stuffed in a plastic container.
