2 dead in motorcycle collision in Cebu City caught on CCTV

Two men died in a collision between their motorcycles in Barangay Tejero here on Friday morning, June 6.
Police identified the victims as Bugsy Nadal Quilestino, 18, and Alvin Gargar Dilao, 35.
The incident at 8:30 a.m. was captured by a closed-circuit television footage.
