16 senators make SALNs public; disclosures at House also start

A total of 16 senators have so far revealed their latest Statements of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALNs) that will be open to public scrutiny, leaving only eight others in the Upper Chamber who have yet to disclose their financial standing.
Senator Raffy Tulfo emerged as one the wealthiest senators so far based on declared assets totaling P1,052,977,100, composed of 2376.8 million in real properties, including commercial, agricultural, and residential holdings, and P676,177,100 in personal properties he jointly filed with his wife ACT-CIS Rep. Jocelyn Tulfo. They reported no liabilities.
His brother Senator Erwin Tulfo declared P656,302,962.13 in total assets against P159,299,537 in liabilities. His total net worth stood at P497,003,425.13.
Senate Majority Leader Juan Miguel “Migz” Zubiri reported P631,788,168.43 in total assets with liabilities amounting to P200,008,756.51 for a net worth of ®431,779,401.92.
Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo “Ping” Lacson had net worth amounting to P244.94 million; Senator Robinhood “Robin” Padilla declared P244.04 million in assets, with no liabilities; and Senator Lito Lapid reported net worth of P202,036,375.68.
