AN AMAZON delivery driver says he and dozens of others were stuck in a huge queue outside a depot in Manchester after a fault with the Flex app.

Under Amazon Flex, anyone can deliver the company's packages with their own vehicle at times that suit. The public can sign up to be delivery drivers via the Flex app. They must have a smartphone, be able to prove they have a legal right to work in the UK, insurance and be over 18 with a valid driving licence.
