THE UK Chinese Dragon Boat Festival is set to return to Greater Manchester later this spring.
The annual event will bring the excitement of dragon boat racing back to Salford Quays in May.
Organised by the Xinhua Chinese Association (XCA), the festival will take place on Sunday, 25 May.
A key event in Salford's cultural calendar since its inception in 2012, it celebrates the spirit of community, sport, and cultural exchange. Spectators line the waterfront for the event which last year also saw traditional dancing and singing.
