Founded in 2021, A-Top Health Biotech is emerging as a bold innovator in Taiwan’s growing medical aesthetics and regenerative biotech sector.
Under the leadership of Olivia Tseng—Founder, Chairman, and CEO—the company is preparing to take a major leap forward with the FDA submission of its flagship product, Jouvence, while simultaneously expanding operations and workforce.
“We're still in the development stage, but at a very late point,” said Tseng. “Right now, I'm compiling the final documents to submit our 510(k) application to the FDA by the end of August or early September 2025.”
