CARMARTHEN Harriers' juniors and seniors have been on the road competing at events from South Wales to the East Midlands.

At the Abercych 10K in Boncath, there was a one-two overall finish for Ifan Bowen and Steffan Davies in the Open Male category, recording times of 33:59 and 34:11 respectively.

Meanwhile, Huw Davies was the fourth male 50 over the line in 41:54.

The second South Wales Throws League match returned to the Ron Jones Stadium in Aberdare.

Under-20 athlete Ffion Mabey competed in the discus (33.06m) and hammer (39.29m), coming away with new personal bests. Ben Bowen began in the shot put circle (8.93m), followed by 22.68m in the hammer.
