Glory for Geyer as Trots ace finds her best form

TAF Running and Orienteering's top lady veteran Lindy Geyer has been in flying form.
-
She justified her selection for West Wales, then for Welsh Masters, in two high-level competitions on consecutive weekends.
Geyer represented West Wales in the inter-regional 10k road race championship run in conjunction with the Welsh 10k championships at Bryn Meadows, Caerphilly.
Although suffering from the heat in the latter stages, she was a clear winner of her age category, finishing 185th overall in 43 minutes 25 seconds.
