A MAN assaulted and strangled his girlfriend after she discovered his vile secret.

Lawrence Hoey, 61, choked his now-ex partner after she found out he had planted secret cameras to record children using a bathroom.

The incident took place in 2023. When Hoey's girlfriend found out what he had done, she confronted him and grabbed his phone. Hoey tried to snatch it back, strangling his partner as they struggled.
