CHANGE begins when we start to believe in a world that's different.

It was 40 years ago that the Church of England launched a landmark report that not only made a difference to the city of Liverpool, but inspired action to tackle poverty, inequality and disadvantage across the UK. It recognised that we all have a responsibility for the circumstances that create society's problems, and we all have a role in improving things for the better.
