WINKS, FAES, SOUMARE AND DAKA MAY BE LEAVING CLUB IN TRANSFER WINDOW

- writes Jordan Blackwell.

MARTI Cifuentes hopes Leicester City can move on wantaway players in order to leave him with a squad that is “100 per cent involved and 100 per cent committed”.

Cifuentes revealed yesterday that some players who had asked to leave City in the summer had remained at the club for the first half of the campaign.

He’s now hoping those players who see their futures elsewhere are able to leave, giving him a group where everybody wants to play for City.

Cifuentes did not give any names, but Harry Winks has been left out of the City squad for the past eight matches, while Wout Faes has not made it onto the pitch in the same time period.

Both could leave City if suitable offers arrive this month.

"It’s not a secret that some players wanted to leave in the summer," Cifuentes told his press conference.
