Going with the flow as riverside fest returns

LEICESTER'S Riverside Festival is making its return with organisers saying it will be "bigger than ever".
The festival sees activities on and off the water around the River Soar and other locations near De Montfort University (DMU).
According to Leicester City Council, this year the festival will have "more locations, more free activities and an exciting collaboration with DMU".
Boat rides, kayaking sessions and dragon boat racing are all scheduled to take place during the two-day event, which will take place this Saturday, and Sunday.
Live music and performances have also been announced, including a re-enactment of the siege of Leicester, with muskets and loud cannons entertaining visitors.
Councillor Vi Dempster, assistant city mayor for leisure and culture, said: "The Riverside Festival is Leicester's largest free festival, attracting thousands of visitors to the city each year.
