Foxes trio leaving club after contracts expire

LEICESTERSHIRE have confirmed Louis Kimber, Matt Salisbury and Roman Walker will leave the club on the expiry of their contracts at the end of next month, writes Jack Gabriel.
They depart after securing a duo of honours in their respective spells at Uptonsteel County Ground, with all three playing key roles in helping Leicestershire win the 2023 Metro Bank One-Day Cup and the Division Two title this season.
The trio will join Harry Swindells and Chris Wright, who are both retiring from professional cricket, in departing the Foxes.
Kimber, who captained Leicestershire during the 2025 Vitality Blast, scored more than 3,000 runs and took 26 wickets across formats in his five years as a Fox.
