PRESIDENT Mal welcomed everyone to the meeting in a room decorated to reflect the 80th anniversary of VE Day. She remembered a former member, Mary Pearson, who gave a talk some years ago about her wartime experiences. Birthday greetings were given to Mary W and new membership programmes were handed out.

Breakfast on the Churnet Valley Railway dates have changed, and 22nd of June was chosen.
Details were given about a quiz at Wetley Rocks. Names will be taken next month for the Group Meeting at Whiston on 26th June.
The arrangements are in place for the Llandudno holiday, and cars were arranged to get to Robin Hood.
