Thea and the 'Dirty Dozen' take on assault course challenge for PSDS charity

A DORKING teenager with Down's syndrome has raised hundreds of pounds for the charity her mum helped set up - along with a dozen friends.
Thea Shiers, 19, from Dorking, her sister Rowan, 22, and a group of their friends took part in the Colour Challenge 5k NUTS assault course near Henfold Lake, Beare Green, at the weekend.
“Thea and her ‘Dirty Dozen’ did brilliantly and worked really well together,” said her mum, Helen.
“It was a hot day and in total it took them almost three hours, but thanks to everyone's support Thea conquered the course, which is a really wonderful achievement.
