The Upper YDL match sees lower BWFAC turnout

Only a very small Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde AC team travelled to Blackburn for the third Upper YDL fixture.

Alfie Walsh did the U17 men's 100m (10.8s) and long jump (5.17m), while Joshua Noland was in the 100m (11.1s) and 100m hurdles (14.4s).

Isla Macpherson ran the U17 women's 200m (29.1s) and 300m (46.9s), with Aimee Harling in action over 800m (2:18.7).

The Mid Lancs track and field fixture at Bury saw the following performances:

Senior Men:

Scott Sinclair (100m 11.8s, 200m 24.0s, long jump 6.14m), Kevroy Francis (100m 12.0s), Jonathan Rutter (200m 26.7s, 800m 2:30.9, discus 17.15m).

U13 Boys:

Finlay Orwin (100m 15.6s, discus 16.04m), Harry Posner (1500m 5:18.4, long jump 3.64m).
