Hall hitting right notes with double dose of choirs at outdoor theatre

Singing groups set to complement two shows for summer season of music, drama and laughter

Two of of Lytham's leading choirs will be on hand to entertain audiences at a couple of this summer's six outdoor theatre productions at Lytham Hall.

The Lytham Community Choir make a welcome return on Sunday, August 10 to sing before the performance of Gilbert and Sullivan's comic opera 'HMS Pinafore' by summer touring company Illyria. Conductor Graham Warrington, head of Music at St Bede’s School in Lytham and famed for his jovial introductions, will lead the choir in a 40-minute set of songs in a wide variety of styles.
