Up-close view of theatre's £26m makeover
Kilmarnock’s historic Palace Theatre welcomed VIP guests as they toured the site to see progress on its £26million regeneration project.
This ambitious revamp is part of a three-year programme running until 2028, designed to deliver huge cultural and community benefits for East Ayrshire.
The Palace Theatre has been a cornerstone of Ayrshire's cultural life for more than a century.
The investment will create state-of-the-art facilities, boost local employment, and attract visitors from across Scotland, breathing new life into the town centre.
The redevelopment will involve major construction phases, community engagement initiatives, and cultural programming to ensure the Palace Theatre remains a landmark for generations to come.
