Rachel's Rebel Baker brand is all set for national expansion

A baker specialising in allergen-free goods is set to become a supplier for a “national supermarket chain”.

Led by director Rachel Munro, The Rebel Baker specialises in creating allergen-free products that meet the needs of sweet-toothed individuals with food sensitivities.

Also known as free-from, The Rebel Baker products do not contain any of the 14 allergens which are listed by the Food Standards Agency.

Based in Ayr, The Rebel Baker creates bakes including cookies and cakes for wholesale to coffee shops, cafes and eateries across Scotland.

After support from Business Gateway, Rachel is “really proud” to have secured a listing with a “national supermarket chain” and her products are now set to hit the shelves across Scotland.
