The Industries & Commerce Department extended heartfelt congratulations to four distinguished craftsmen from Jammu and Kashmir who were honoured at a national-level ceremony in New Delhi.
Two among them received the prestigious National Awards from President Droupadi Murmu, while two others were recognised with Certificates of Excellence for their contribution to the region's celebrated craft traditions.
