Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Akshay Labroo on Saturday launched Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination for girls aged 14-15 Years as a part of nationwide campaign to prevent incidences of cervical cancer among young women here at UPHC Batamaloo.
