Rocker Ozzy's 'last laugh' as he is buried among trees he filled with bat boxes on estate... with expletive in giant floral tribute

- BY JANINE YAQOOB and JAMES DESBOROUGH

BLACK Sabbath legend Ozzy Osbourne has proved to be just as batty in death as he was in life.

The Prince of Darkness, who died last month aged 76, has had the last laugh from beyond the grave... because his final resting place is surrounded by bat boxes.

Heavy metal singer Ozzy caused controversy in 1982 by biting off the head of a live bat. He later said he thought it was a toy.

On Wednesday, thousands of fans paid their last respects to Ozzy as his funeral cortege passed through his home city of Birmingham.

The next day, the rocker was laid to rest beside a lake in a private ceremony at his Buckinghamshire estate. Alongside the lake was a giant floral tribute saying: "Ozzy F***ing Osbourne."
