No Fate uses moody blues and dark blacks to great effect, and wisely sidesteps the challenge of having you be unstoppable as the Terminator by having you (mostly) play as the human characters charged with fighting Skynet's efforts both past and future.

You do this by blasting your way through a host of varied stages-familiar and original - in unabashedly old-school, Contra-like fashion.

For the most part though, the scenes you know from Terminator 2 feel half-assed and hampered - take the legendary truck chase between the T-1000 and John Connor.
