Prone says retirement 'greatest con job'

JOURNALIST, writer and podcaster Terry Prone has said that retirement is “the greatest con job" inflicted on Irish society.

Terry added everybody is told it will be great when they no longer have to go to work and they can stay at home.

She added: “Retirement, I would suggest is a great mistake, but it’s a deliberate mistake inflicted on people by governments going right back to ancient Rome.
