But there's a big appetite for it in cyberspace

GARY Cooke says there is still a big appetite for Apres Match - but there are no plans for it to return to TV.

The Irish comedy sketch show, which normally aired after football matches on RTE, starred Gary, Barry Murphy and Risteard Cooper doing impressions of football stars and pundits such as Bill O'Herlihy, Eamon Dunphy, Johnny Giles and Liam Brady among others.

The show last aired in 2018, coinciding with the World Cup in Russia, but there are currently no plans to bring it back on TV.
