Motorcyclist dies in road collision

A MAN has died after a fatal single-vehicle road traffic collision on Saturday.

The collision took place near Milford, Co Cork, on the R515 at Coolnagour, near the border with Co Limerick.

A male motorcyclist, who was aged in his 50s, was pronounced deceased at the scene of the collision.

The coroner has been notified and a post-mortem will be conducted in due course.
