Big Ange hits back at Wenger's Champions League jibe and says people 'try and diminish us as much as they can'

ANGE POSTECOGLOU claimed “Spurs does crazy things to people” after Arsene Wenger said the Europa League winners shouldn't get a Champions League spot.

Speaking earlier this week, the ex-Arsenal boss - now working as FIFA’s head of global football - questioned Tottenham and Manchester United's potential pathway back into Europe's elite club competition.

Wenger told BeIN Sports: “They should qualify automatically for the Europa League again but not necessarily for the Champions League.”

But, unsurprisingly, Postecoglou did not agree with Wenger's comments and claimed people are now only bothered about a rule that has existed since the 2014-15 season because it impacts Spurs.
