PRIMED FOR TASK Teahupoo (right) aims to become only the fifth horse to win a hat-trick of Hatton's Grace crowns

TURNED over by Lossiemouth last year, Teahupoo will be expected to join the illustrious list of three-time winners of the Bar 1 Betting Hatton’s Grace Hurdle by landing tomorrow's Grade 1 Fairyhouse feature.

Only four horses have won the Hatton's Grace three times Limestone Lad, Solerina, Apple's Jade and Honeysuckle. Even the legendary Istabraq failed in his hat-trick bid, when beaten by Limestone Lad in 1999.

So the task facing Teahupoo, trained for Robcour by Gordon Elliott, should not be underestimated as he faces a resurgent Ballyburn, reverting to hurdling.
