Trappe has said she would love to return to Fair City after featuring in the Christmas special last year. The social media star enjoyed a brief stint in Carrigstown as she played the character of Daisy, one of James Rafferty’s love interests.

The former Dancing With The Stars finalist admitted that the door is still open - as her character wasn’t killed off.

“I had the best time ever last year,” Kayleigh told RSVP. “One thing inside me that I’ve always wanted to do is act a bit more, so when the opportunity came around, I was like ‘100%, give me the script, I’m there’.

“I loved it and people like Emma and Matthew who I was working with were so welcoming and I thought the actual set was fantastic. I would 100% go back, and luckily they didn’t kill me off! So you never know, the door is open.”
