Man dies in horror plunge at workplace

A MAN has died after falling from a height in a freak workplace accident at an apartment complex site.

Gardai and emergency services rushed to the scene of the old glass bottle site in Ringsend, Dublin, where it is suspected that a crane collapsed and that a worker fell from a height onto a balcony in a horror accident yesterday afternoon.

Gardai and the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) are investigating the incident.
