CRYSTAL Palace are stepping up their efforts to tie manager Oliver Glasner down to a new deal amid speculation linking him with a move to Manchester United.

He has since won the Community Shield and enjoyed a strong start to the Premier League season, with the Eagles having gone into the international break just four points off leaders Arsenal.
