Agony for McCanns
MADELEINE McCann prime suspect Christian Brueckner toasts his freedom yesterday by tucking into a McDonalds.
Released from prison in Germany after a seven-year sentence for rape, the monster headed straight for a Maccies - next to Baby One, which sells baby and toddler clothes.
Wearing a burgundy shirt, chinos, sunglasses and an ankle tag, he ate a burger and chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce.
It will cause further anguish for Madeleine's parents, Kate and Gerry McCann, who still have no answers over their daughter's disappearance in May 2007.
Brueckner was named as prime suspect in June 2020. But despite claiming to have evidence he abducted and killed the three year-old, prosecutors have not charged him.
They were powerless to stop Brueckner being released from prison at the end of his sentence for raping a pensioner.
