Kite And Sweet Festival Started In Secunderabad

"Telangana Government Celebrate the Sky’ events would roll out on Tuesday today with inauguration of the International Kite and Sweet Festival at Parade Grounds in Secunderabad at 4 p.m.

However, people started to visit the venue along with their family members from the early afternoon. The Kite festival would be held from January 13 to 15, open to people from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. A huge kite in the shape of a whale took to the sky drawing the attention of the people who gathered there in the afternoon. With eye-catching kites and mouthwatering sweets, the International Sweets and Kites Festival, which is being held at the Secunderabad Parade Grounds, started grandly on Tuesday. This program is very impressive to the residents of the city. Kite flyers from around 19 countries have attended this grand event organized by the Telangana Tourism Department.
