YOU'VE heard the saying whispered with pride and a wink: "Thick thighs save lives". But what started as a cheeky, body-positive slogan is now getting a scientific seal of approval.
A Harvard study that first made headlines in 2012 is trending again. Now one published in the Journal of Obesity in 2022, supports the notion that thigh fat can indeed play a crucial role in health.
