Plan to transform industrial unit

HERE'S a run down of some of the planning applications that have recently been submitted to Hull City Council which include changes to an industrial unit on Goulton Street.

Industrial unit changes

An application has been submitted to the council for alterations to the former HYA Training unit Goulton Street. The unit, which used to be home to the adult education pro-vider, HYA Training, could soon receive both interior and exterior changes if the planning application receives the green light from the council.

The application includes a total recladding of the exterior of the building which would see the unit receiving a neutral look rather than its current blue appearance.
