George Williams has won two Super League titles, played internationally since 2015 and enjoyed a successful stint in the NRL with Canberra Raiders and was sought after for a return by the Dolphins for 2027.

Despite a disappointing Super League campaign with Warrington Wolves in 2025, class is permanent, and on his day, he remains one of the best halfbacks in the game.

But for the third and final Test against Australia - with England desperate to avoid a whitewash - it's time to roll the dice.

England have managed just one try in 160 minutes across the series, a consolation barge-over from Daryl Clark at Wembley.

Harry Smith's two penalty conversions were their only other scores, at Everton's Hill Dickinson Stadium.
