FIRST GLIMPSE OF NEW DEVELOPMENT IN EAST YORKSHIRE VILLAGE

A YORKSHIRE-based housebuilder has released the first images of a new development that is under way in an East Riding village. Mulgrave Properties is building ten houses at Bubwith.

The small development is called The Orchard and will occupy a one-acre site off Main Street. New computer-generated images provided by the company show the two, three, four and five-bedroom designs, which will all have garages or off-road parking, as well as front and rear gardens.

Debbie Foster, sales director at Mulgrave Properties, said: "These images provide the first glimpse of the new homes we are building at The Orchard and showcase the character and quality that homebuyers associate with Mulgrave Properties.
