Historic Hull flats to get £5.2m makeover

WORK is under way on a £5.2m overhaul of historic flats in the centre of Hull, at Turner Court and Owbridge Court.

Housing association Thirteen Group has appointed regeneration specialist RE:GEN to carry out the programme of upgrades, which include new kitchens and bathrooms.

Turner Court, which is a trade two listed building and Owbridge Court, will undergo refurbishment to more than 70 homes, along with the communal spaces. Thirteen said the works will make sure the buildings remain safe, modern and comfortable for residents.
