TWO CITY PUBS GO UP FOR AUCTION

TWO Hull pubs are going under the hammer later this month.

The Wassand Arms, in Wassand Street, off Hessle Road, has a guide price of £80,000 to £90,000 and a minimum opening bid of £75,000 on it.

The sold-as-seen vacant pub with a five/six-bedroom apartment above is in need of full refurbishment, said Auction House, Hull and East Yorkshire, which is conducting the sale on Wednesday, May 28.
