Ferriby Meadows full site plan including Phases 1 and 2
BEAL Homes has submitted plans to East Riding Council for “Phase 2” of its Ferriby Meadows housing development in North Ferriby.
After being granted planning permission in late 2024, the first phase of the development is already under construction.
A year after plans for an initial 115 homes on land south of Ferriby High Road were approved, a further planning application has now been submitted to the council for an additional 36 homes.
