Congress Is 'Learning From Its Mistakes' In Bihar, Says Rahul

The Congress is "learning from its mistakes" in Bihar, senior party leader Rahul Gandhi said in the assembly polls-bound state on Monday, adding that his party along with its coalition partners will strive for the upliftment of Dalits, Tribals, backward classes and minorities.
The leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha, who was addressing the "Save the Constitution symposium" in Patna ahead of the crucial assembly polls slated for October-November this year, also made a strong pitch for a nationwide caste census and vowed to increase the cap on reservation for the marginalized sections if the Congress and its Mahagathbandhan partners come to power in the state.
