EVICTION DRIVE IN DHANBAD AHEAD OF MURMU'S VISIT

Ahead of President Droupadi Murmu’s scheduled visit to IIT-ISM Dhanbad on August 1, the Dhanbad Municipal Corporation (DMC) conducted a major anti-encroachment operation at the Dhanbad Bus Stand area on Monday to clear public pathways and enhance urban aesthetics.
The drive, spearheaded by food inspector Anil Kumar and DMC’s enforcement team, witnessed the removal of illegally erected stalls, extended shop sheds, and encroached seating areas using bulldozers.
