RABRI DEVI SEEKS TRANSFER OF TRIAL ALLEGING BIAS

Former Bihar chief minister Rabri Devi moved a Delhi court on Monday, seeking transfer of the trial in four cases lodged by the CBI and ED where she is named as an accused to a different judge, alleging bias in proceedings.

The plea was moved by Devi before principal sessions judge Dinesh Bhatt of the Rouse Avenue Court. The matter is likely to be taken up on Tuesday.
