10 rescued as vehicle gets swept away in flashflood in Haldwani

Ten people were rescued after the vehicle they were travelling in was swept away by asudden flashflood in Haldwani, Nainital, in the early hours of Monday, officers aware of the matter said on Monday.
With coordinated effort by the local police, all the occupants were rescued safely after a twohour operation, they added.
